We experienced a leaking water pipe flooding three rooms. Our insurance agent suggested Valley Restoration for the initial evaluation. The damage included five walls, kitchen cabinets, and floor. After working with our insurance adjuster, they completed remediation and moister removal. They completed this quickly and professionally, which is important to prevent mold and further damage. Valley Restoration continued to work with the adjuster and us to determine the restoration of our rooms. The plan changed as additional water damage was discovered but at each phase, they communicated with us and our adjuster explaining our options and making sure we were in agreement on how to proceed with the repairs. Valley Restoration and their employees did a great job of restoring our rooms and their work was first class. They worked with us and communicated each part of the work and schedule. I would use them again for restoration or remodeling in the future. They do good work and provide a turn-key service. I would recommend them to anyone needing remediation, restoration, or remodeling.
